As the leader of two different teams for two different organizations, one of the things I always find myself doing–at least it feels like it–is looking for the right people to hire. From employee transitions to newly created roles, I am always on the hunt for the perfect catch and match. At present, there are 22 different people that I am responsible for across both of my teams at Personality and Foursquare, and I am down 5 people.

• Personality has been looking for an account director since May.

• Foursquare is looking to fill four different roles. I posted these at the CFCC Job Lab as well:

  Production Manager, Digital Media
  Project Manager, Print & Web

  Graphic Designer
