Do you think women struggle with the dilemna Broughton did? I ask because - hands down - after being exposed to a business class filled with women entrepreneur-wannabees, I saw businesswomen who we were greatly encouraged, not at all frustrated, clear in what their targets were, already achieving and, generally, like giddy little girls. I know this happens amongst men, too. (Seems academia needs to have SOMEone under their thumb.)
